At Rose & Clara London, we strive to keep our customers fully satisfied. However, it may occur that you wish to return a product. This document clearly explains our return policy.
Conditions for Returns

You may only register a return after you have physically received the item.

Return shipping costs are entirely the responsibility of the customer, including international shipping fees.

Items must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and in their original condition, with all labels and tags still attached.

Trying on items is allowed, but wearing them is not permitted.

Returning products that were intentionally ordered in multiple sizes with the intention to return (part of) the order is not allowed.
Return Process

Register your return via info@roseandclara.com within 14 days of receiving the item.

You will receive the return address of our supplier (located in China).

You must return the item entirely at your own expense, including any customs or shipping fees.

We always recommend using a shipping method with track & trace.
Refunds
After the item has been received at the return address and its condition has been approved, the purchase amount will be refunded within 14 days via the original payment method.
Liability

We are not responsible for lost parcels if the tracking indicates that the item has been delivered to the address provided by the customer.

If an incorrect address was provided, responsibility lies with the customer.

Address errors must be reported within 24 hours of placing the order.
